Betty Jean Cook, 63, Rusk, passed through Heavens Gate July 31, 2023. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 4th, at Boren-Conner Funeral Home in Jacksonville, to begin at 2:00pm. A visitation will begin at 1:00pm prior to the service.

Betty Jean Cook was born in Nacogdoches to Griffin and Odean King. She was a Nurses Assistant by trade. Betty was preceeded in death by her parents - and leaves behind many loved ones to cherish her memory.
