Billy Glenn Whatley, 84, Tyler, went to be with his Lord on Sunday, April 28, 2024. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at Boren-Conner Funeral Home, in Bullard, to begin at 2:00pm. There will be a visitation held prior to the service on Thursday that will begin at 1:30pm.

Mr. Whatley was born in Chandler, Texas, October 16, 1939. He was an insurance adjuster by trade. 

Billy Glenn Whatley is a proud veteran of the United States Navy.

Mr. Whatley is preceeded by: Father, Grover Cleveland Whatley, Mother, Hettie Hugh Whatley, Brother, Harvey Gray, Brother, Wylie "Bear" Whatley, Sister, Altha Mae Land, Sister, Frances Clyburn, Sister, Doris Duke, he is also preceeded by his previous wife, Elizabeth Whatley

Mr. Whatley is survived by:  Wife, Lexie Karen Whatley, Sister, Johnnie Taylor, Son, David Whatley (Kaye), Daughter, Denise Greene (Kerry), step-son, Jarred Woldert, Grandson, Jacob Whatley (Sophie), Grandson, Joshua Whatley, Granddaughter, Jenna Whatley (Kam Neely), Grandson, Ryan Greene (Jayla), Grandson, Brodie Greene (Natalie), Granddaughter, Whitney Bean (Bryson), Grandson, Koby Greene (Brianna), Granddaughter, Jayda Woldert, and 12 great-grandchildren.
