It’s with great sadness, the family of Gary Nolan Sr. of Jacksonville, Tx announces his passing on November 15,2024 at the age of 89. He passed peacefully at his home with myself (oldest daughter Cheryl) and my brother Kirby by his side.

Our daddy was the hardest working man his family ever knew. He worked hard to provide for his wife and six children. He always made sure we had everything we needed. He was a professional truck driver for over 50 years. He had a passion for big rigs and tools.

We are all so blessed to have had him for a daddy.

He was born October 16,1935 in Newnan Ga.

He is proceeded in death by his mother, Julia C. Pickett, his father, John B. Nolan and a brother, Monroe V. Nolan.

He is survived by his brother, Chris Nolan, and Ann Nolan Cochran whom they had six children together. His children are Gary J. Nolan Jr. (Beth), Russell V. Nolan, Cheryl Ledford, Kirby J. Nolan, Julie R. Womack (Toby) Brett A. Nolan (Tina) and a stepson, Jeff Nolan (Brandi).

He also had many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He will be dearly missed

His wishes were to be cremated and without a service
