Patricia Ann Vega Torres passed away on January 10, 2024, at the age of 65. She was born March 13, 1958, in Palestine, Texas to Vivian Maldanado Vega and Angel Jurado Vega.

She is survived by her son Cody Buchanan and wife, Amy Chastain Buchanan; son Asa Buchanan and wife Ruby; four grandchildren, Clayton Chastain, Dylan Holland-Buchanan, Kimberly Buchanan, Connor Buchanan, and Adelyn Buchanan. She is also survived by her sisters, Linda Clark and husband Brad Clark, and Katy Jones and husband David Jones; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles. She will also be missed by many friends.

Ms. Torres was preceded in death by her parents and granddaughter Evelyn Buchanan.

At her request, and the family's, there will be no memorial service. In lieu of flowers, your donation, in her memory, to The Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research.
