Willa Mae (Green) McAnally, was born July 15, 1931 in Clarksville, Texas, and left this world on January 21, 2023. Mae was married to Kenneth McAnally for over 70 years and they had 5 children together. They lived most of their life in different parts of Texas and the west coast, eventually settling in Jacksonville, Texas, in 1965. She gave her life to Christ as a teenager and was a devout Christian who was very active in the church. Mae was a prize winning quilting artist who took pride in making beautiful quilts for family and friends. She also enjoyed gardening and canning. Mae is preceded in death by husband Kenneth McAnally; daughter Elaine Harley of Houston; son Wayne McAnally of Jacksonville; and son Paul McAnally of Jacksonville. She is survived by daughter Debbie Gauntt of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma; and son David McAnally of Jacksonville; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and family. Visitation for Mae McAnally will be held at Boren Conner Funeral Home in Jacksonville, Texas on Thursday January 26, 2023 at 2pm with service following at 3pm.
